Removal, Packing, and Shipping
Buyers are responsible
for the removal, packing and
shipping of all items
purchased within the
specified time frames. The
following vendors are
available to assist you in
the removal, packaging and
shipping of auction
purchases.
Financing
We have also
listed some companies that
we have worked with and can
recommend for financing
equipment.
Dates
You will need to contact a
vendor directly for all
pricing and delivery date
information.
Payment
Please remember that payment
must be made in full before
any assets will be released
to your or your designated
shipper. Shippers are
advised to contact our
office to verify payments
prior to attempting pick up
from auction site.
Failure to provide proper sale tax exemption
documentation will delay the release of your
shipment.
Discrepancies and Invoice Exceptions
Any discrepancies in catalog
description, counts, etc.
must be brought to
auctioneer's attention prior
to removing the items from
the premises. Your shipper
must note all invoice
exceptions with removal
staff at the time of pick
up. No allowances will be
made for claims or shortages
once purchases have left the
premises.
Insurance
We do suggest that you
insure all shipments.
Vendors List
You are NOT
limited or required to use
the companies we suggest.
Feel free to use your own
packaging or shipping
company or lender. You can locate
several companies using the
Yellow Pages.
